Just giving a quick update post to say that the anthology containing my short story Lucky Charm is out now. It’s called Madam, Don’t Forget Your Sword, by Dead Fish Books and you can find out more here:
I have to admit, I don’t have a lot of new things to say about this book since my last post about the Kickstarter (which has now closed) but I am just so excited to see my name on a book so I’m going to keep posting about it.
I’ve read a few stories, and it seems like a fun anthology. I’m too biased to give an objective recommendation for this book, but if a mix of fantasy, science fiction, horror and superhero stories all based around different types of sidekicks, then this will be worth checking out.
My story, Lucky Charm, is about superheroes in a post-apocalyptic world, defending a shelter of survivors from eldritch horrors dubbed silhouettes. Their lucky sidekick, Lucky Charm, watches from safety, but he may have a secret of his own.
